hp500绘图仪是惠普公司推出的第三代经典彩色喷墨绘图仪，自从二十世纪初出厂以来，在设计领域得到了广泛的应用，该机型特别适用于打印机械设计、建筑设计等图纸，无论是线条图还是硫酸图都能打印的很清晰，hp500绘图仪在使用过程中故障率相对较小。作为一个机电设备，在长期的连续工作后，尤其是其机械部件出现磨损，机器会出现故障，比如皮带磨损，服务站耗损，供墨站耗损，光栅磨盘耗损，电路老化等导致机器会报告各种错误代码，一般经过更换备件维修后，惠普510/800/500绘图仪大幅面打印机可以很好的回复正常运行。机器运行出现故障后会出现如下错误代码：
一、惠普510/800/500绘图仪报错错误代码：21:13或者21:10，该错误是机器服务站出错，需要更换服务站（service statiob）
二、惠普510/800/500绘图仪报错错误代码：22:10或者22:13, ，该错误是供墨站出现问题，大多数情况下是由于用户使用代用墨盒，在关注墨水时，不小心将墨水漏到机器里面导致。
三、惠普510/800/500绘图仪报错错误代码：86:01或者87:01，该错误是机器最常见的故障，错误代码解释是绘图仪笔架移动错误，导致错误的原因有卡纸，皮带老化磨损，光栅损坏，笔架跟踪电缆损坏，笔架损坏，大多数情况下是皮带磨损或皮带轮损坏。裁纸刀损坏是也可能报告错误代码86:01.
四、惠普510/800/500绘图仪报错错误代码：81:01，该故障是绘图仪进纸部分控制出错导致，在排除进纸的机械卡塞后，一般需要更换进纸码盘或码盘传感器。
五、惠普510/800/500绘图仪报错错误代码：11:11，该故障是笔架跟踪电缆出现故障，由于长期的移动曲折，电缆出现内部线路断路。绘图仪即报告11:11错误代码，此时需要及时更换笔架跟踪电缆（俗称数据线）
六、惠普510/800/500绘图仪报错错误代码：01:10，此类错误为主板错误，更换主板
七、惠普510/800/500绘图仪出现裁纸不断、卡纸，一般需要跟换裁纸刀组件。
八、惠普510/800/500绘图仪打印线条断线，实现打印成虚线，甚至完全打不出线条或图像，需要及时更滑打印头，少数情况下是由于笔架或笔架跟踪电缆导致，需要更换笔架跟踪电缆会笔架。
九、惠普510/800/500绘图仪打印线条断线出现打印线条不直，需要先做打印头对齐，对齐后还是打印不直时，需要检查光栅等。
